Job Vacancy - Online Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

• Follow up online sales orders, co-ordinate stock purchase, preparing parcels and delivery.
• Unpacking and arrange stock on storage rack everytime restock
• Arrange stock for customer cash on delivery
• Fast responding to incoming sales enquiries, understand customer's request and make proper respond by whatsapp, email, call.
• Everyday work closely in Lelong, 11street, Shopee, Lazada and company website etc
• Updating daily online sales report

Job Requirements :

• Minimum SPM and above
• Familiar with e-commerce platform: lelong.com.my, onilne shop, etc.
• At least able to communicate fairly in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Required writing: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skills: MS Office, Basic Computer knowledge

Job Descriptions :

• Salary: RM 2,000++ with EPF & SOCSO
• Working hour: MON - FRI 8:30am - 5:30pm , SAT 8:30am - 12:30pm. (no overtime, we closed at 5:30pm sharp)
